PROJECT DESCRIPTION
NSF International, founded in 1944, is
world renown its development of standards, product
testing and certification services in the areas of
environmental and public health safety. Because of
successful business growth, P2M principals assisted
the company consider various real estate options to
meet growing business demand and to improve customer
service. In 1997 NSF broke ground on it new headquarters.
The facility has a feel of a corporate residence,
with NSF's CEO providing the vision for a timeless,
traditional feel to the architectural design.
The project sits on 32 acres and consists
of 150,0000 SF of office and state of the art chemistry,
microbiology and physical test laboratories. P2M successfully
managed the project on behalf of NSF saving the client
