PROJECT DESCRIPTION
JAC Products, a Tier 1 supplier, is a leading
global manufacturer of roof rack systems. In 1999
JAC Products made the business decision to consolidate
its administrative office and multiple plastic injection
molding facilities into a new, impressive state of
the art office / manufacturing facility including
over 40 presses and state of the art material handling
system.
P2M served as an extension of JAC Products staff,
working closely with the client's leadership in finance,
administration, information technology and process
engineering. P2M guided the client in every aspect
of the project's life cycle including design, furniture
procurement, construction, relocation and final punchlist
administration.
This successful project consists of
180,000 SF of office, quality lab and manufacturing
facilities. P2M successfully managed the project on
behalf of JAC Products, working closely with the client,
the landlord, the design-builder, and saving JAC Products
