Mr. Formisano has over 20 years experience in project management, facility programming, and pre-design consulting. As President of Project Planning & Management, Inc., Mr. Formisano has been responsible for development of strategic facility plans, detailed facility programs and comprehensive project management services for the design and construction of new facilities.
Mr. Formisano has experience in new and renovation projects for corporate office, industrial and labs, government office and labs, bank operations and data centers, and healthcare facilities. He was Vice President and served as Director of Programming & Planning for a national Architectural / Engineering firm prior to P2M. He has programmed over 25 million square feet of facilities within the last 15 years. He has also served as a corporate architect for a Tier 1 Fortune 100 company, responsible for the design of their domestic and international office facilities.

Bruce G. Gebhardt

Director of Relocation and FF&E Services
Mr. Gebhardt has over 15 years experience in relocation project management, facility planning and facilities information management. As Sr. Project Manager for Project Planning & Management, Inc., Mr. Gebhardt is responsible for logistical planning and management of relocations / moves for P2M clients.
Mr. Gebhardt has extensive experience in complex relocations, consolidations, new construction and renovation projects for corporate office, educational, processing, call centers, and data center facilities. He was a Project and Client Service Manager for BankOne, one of the five largest US banking institutions. Mr. Gebhardt had responsibility for projects in excess of 1,000,000 SF of highly mission critical operations and data center facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin. He has managed statewide and regional consolidations with “hands-on” involvement in every phase, including: strategic planning, site selection, programming, design, furniture fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and technical space / equipment planning, move team selection, move contractor RFP’s, move scripting and on-site move management.
