• Service Provider Long-List
  Recommend options for professional service firms / vendors that may be necessary on the project, e.g., Architect/Engineer (AE), construction firm or developer, telecommunications cabling, commercial mover, signage and other specialty vendors.
• Design / Construction Team Selection
  Develop objective criteria for selection, write and transmit detailed RFP, evaluate technical and financial proposal responses, conduct interviews, recommend short list and interview those firms with the client and make a final recommendation.
• Agreement (Contract) Development
  Prepare Agreements with construction professionals for review and approval by client and its legal counsel. Use appropriate draft Agreements (modified as necessary to better represent interests of client) developed by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) or others.
